[ATLANTIC REGION] — The four Atlantic premiers and more than 20 business leaders head to Atlanta today to start a three-day trade mission

David Alward, Darrell Dexter, Kathy Dunderdale and Robert Ghiz will try to enhance existing business ties and drum up new business in the southeastern United States.

The Council of Atlantic Premiers says the trade mission will focus on aerospace and defence, information technology, agri-food, seafood, and oceans sectors.

Highlights for the mission will include a visit to aerospacce and defence giant Lockheed Martin and a Georgia Chamber of Commerce breakfast.

The four premiers will also a dinner reception hosted by Governor Nathan Deal and a breakfast Event hosted by former governor Sonny Perdue.
